We deliver dental care at a reasonable value to our patients. We can provide you with estimated fees before your treatment begins. For your convenience we accept cash payment, personal cheque, Interac. We encourage you to ask questions and become familiar with your treatment. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be done prior to the delivery of the actual procedure.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. As a courtesy, we will complete forms to third party carriers for pre-determination of dental benefits or standard dental claims. Most insurance companies will respond within 2 to 6 weeks.
We expect payment of fees on the date your service is performed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will send you regular statements. For our records, please provide credit card information authorizing us to post any outstanding charges, including when using personal cheque for payment.

We are fully digital in our billing and require accurate information to expedite your reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Please remember to provide us with your complete employer and insurance information before the consultation. If there is another person responsible for the insurance, we require contact information for them including personal information as related to submission of standard dental claims.
